The conference invites the submission of research abstracts for consideration for poster presentation that showcase research about, and implementation and outcomes of, new and innovative approaches to recognising and responding to clinical deterioration. Preference will be given to new projects or previously unpublished results.
Presentation details
The presenting author will be expected to be present at an attended poster session (date and time to be confirmed), during which a group of reviewers will visit for a few minutes of discussion. The presenting author must be registered as a full delegate of the conference. Delegate fees, travel, accommodation and any other costs are the responsibility of the presenter.
Posters must be in portrait format, must fit on a poster-board 2m high x 1m wide and must be legible from a 1m distance.
All accepted abstracts will be printed and distributed to delegates at the conference.
Preparing your abstract
All abstracts must be submitted in MS Word format on the abstract template [docx] and must follow the formatting guidelines [PDF]. Abstracts that do not comply with the formatting guidelines or that do not use the abstract template will be returned to the author.
